  • Hi everyone from finally sunny Winnipeg, Canada. Hey great forum. I just purchased a Masterbuild Pro dual smoker and am in the midst of smoking pork spare ribs and 2 half chickens. Neighbours are starting to pop by due to the awesome smell.

    Question I have is I am using propane for my first go and followed what others in the forum had recommended with putting wood chips wrapped in tin foil in an 8" cast iron pan. It's been about 2 hours and the smoke has all be dissipated should I add more chips? Have about 1.5 hours left to go.
