I'm new to the group and have been smoking for about 4 weeks. I have smoked a chix, 2 roasts, country style ribs. 2 wins, 2 ties, and well one that I needed a beer to put the flames out with. I'm looking for an awesome pork loin that I picked up. Ideas???????
