Thundering Labor Day! Smoking fresh salmon, brined chicken breasts and mild Italian Sausage today. Yesterday was a pork butt of ginormous proportion (Thanks Sam's Club) Saturday was a smoked London Broil, rubbed in Worchestershire Pepper and Sazon! Love a three day smokethon!
