I just purchashed a Oklahoma Joe smoker last fall. Used it twice and can't wait to use it this Spring, However the first couple of times I used it I was not happy with the results. I know I have lot to learn about the smoker and I'll be posting questions. I know there are answers out there from guys that have be smoking a long time.
