Not just pork on this one. I went all out since I couldnt decide what I wanted to cook. Sooo.... me being me cooked everything.

I got a pork shoulder roast, a beef shoulder roast, a whole chicken, and a trout I caught last weekend.

Put my homemade rub on and smoked with Hickory and oak at 225.

Wife made some baked beans threw them on for the duration as well. Night before she made two types of homemade slaw. My son prepared a peach cobler that we cooked on the smoker as well (at 350 for 1/2 hour).

Cant forget the hommade spicy bbq sauce my wife has perfected!

That looks great, Beerguy. Thanks for the Qview. You may want to slip on over to roll call and introduce yourself. We get real nosy about equipment, experience, etc. Looks like you've got the experience thing down pretty well.
