Whiskey barrel smoking pork shoulder in Turkey breast

  6. 9 hours on the pork shoulder 7 hours on the turkey in 3 hours on the green beans. Mixed whiskey barrel wood with pecan
  7. My friend gave me a barrel lid.i took it apart and cut it into pieces. Need to soak the wood.it burned to fast

    Looks tasty,many of your fellow smokers don't soak wood it's supposed to smoke not steam. That said it may work for you and you won't know if you don't do it.
