What are you having for dinner?

    For me, I'm having Salmon Lox on crackers with cream cheese and capers, while the wife is out at her Tues eve exercise class. Shhhh!. Yes it was cold smoked back in Nov 2013, sprinkled with dill.

    It was a wonderful Carneros Chardonnay, 2010.
