Weeknight tri-tip with grilled zucchini and squash

    worchestishire, salt, pepper, and garlic... Into the smoker @ 250 F

    1.75 hours later the internal temp is 125 F

    Seared on the Weber gas grill, while grilling zucchini and squash

    This turned out great! Tender and juicy! Excellent medium rare!

    Right on Craig. Glad you were able to smoke on a weeknight!

    I smoke my TT's a little slower to try and allow for more smoke penetration. They cook fast don't they!
