I did my second batch of baby back ribs last weekend. Thru the tips and advice I have received here I had better luck than the first batch. Drilled many holes in the coal pan. used sand in the water bowl. calibrated my thermometers and used the 2-2-1. I was happy with the results and I assume it will get better as well. Thanks to all helped who helped me.

It takes time. I some times take notes. You will make some errors and some smokes will be better then other and you followed the same cook.

But nothing is more fun then smoking meat...I think.
