Uber smoke- Q VIEW!

    I have always foiled my pork butts at 160 degrees. I let this one go overnight, no foil. Does anyone keep smoke on their butts for the whole smoke? it has been smoking now for 10 hours at 225 in my MES 40 with mailbox mod and AMNPS.

    When I do a butt in my MES40 I just fill up the AMNPS and let it burn till it runs out then I don't add more smoke after that. I also would reccomend bumping the temp up to around 250 instead of 225 as the results will be the same and you will save a lot of time. I've never foiled a butt and I get really good bark, but I'm sure that also makes it take longer, but I feel the end results are worth it.
