Tighten your screws and bolts!

Whether you're spinning a rotisserie basket, forks or Octoforks make sure you tighten down those thumb screws!

When the metals heat up and expand the screws can come loose.  I find it best to "Lightly" tighten the bolts onto the spit rod with pliers....sometimes hand tight just doesn't cut it.

So tighten down and have confidence when you open up your lid the food will be spinning not what's bolted on the spit rod!
