Thanks!

  1. I want to give a big thanks to all of the people who helped me get through smoking a shoulder 101. It took about 18 hours total (12lbs) but there was nothing but rave reviews from the crowd at the dinner table! I used Meowy's method and used the finishing sauce in the stick above. Made a homemade rub. We had pulled pork, with corn fritters, and potato chips lol.
    Again thanks to all that gave excellent advice!
