st Louis style goin on the smoker

    my brothers family is coming down today and he's new to the bbq world so I thought I'd show him how I do my ribs. a few racks of St. Louis style ribs two have a mesquite rub with butter flavor I really like and a rack of some that was preseasonend with an apple wood rub
    cherry is the wood of choice today
