St. Louis ribs

    Got a much later start than I wanted to on these. Maybe they'll be ready around 8 PM. Wanted spares but the commissary was sold out.

    Ok, this time I remembered, Capt. Morgan's OK?

    So where's the ice, I ain't no Marine, I was a sailor and I like mine cold.

      Should be good! I prefer the St Louis myself.

    St. Louis are my favorite as well! Nothing better than a perfect rack of St Louis ribs and some coooooooooold beer!!!

    Forgot the after pic, but they were pretty good. Didn't fall off the bone but came off with the slightest tug.

     Ribs are supposed to have a bit of pull to them. Sounds like you did good Gunny!
