spatchcock chicken

  1. good morning everyone today i'm going to smoke a 3 to 4 pound spatchcocked chicken just wondering how long and at what temp.I have only done parts before .

    It probably will only take 2 or 3 hours at 225.

    Just be sure to check the meat temp. 165 in the breast & 175 in the thigh.
