Soon to be restaurant owner

    I have been smoking all types of meat for about 4 years now in a barrel smoker. I'm currently in the process of finding a reliable electric smoker for my soon to open restaurant. Smoked meats are not the focus of thi place but the flavors that you can achieve with a smoker on a verity of different items odviously and a huge appeal to any dish or drink. That is why it is a must to have a reliable smoke which will give my establishment an excellent way of differentiating its self from the rest of the dive bars around with out excess cost or an extre am amount of effort (hence the electric smoker) I was thinkin I might build my own by if there is a quality product any one may suggest please do. Thanks
