Rich, I observed the same thing at that Macomb County event that BBQ Bubba and others from the GLBBQA went to. It is what it is up here. Oh, well... I know your stuff is good. Nice pics.

Looks good to me! I'd gladly eat those ribs over the mush the other folks produced any day! Sorry about the judges' lack of taste :(
