Smoking BB's for supper tonight.

    Well, I'm going to try my hand at 3 racks of Baby Backs this afternoon for supper tonight. I already have the pesky membranes removed and have Jeff's rub on them and they are in the fridge. Will only be in the fridge for about 4 hours, but that should be ok for my first try.

    The wind is blowing about 15-20 right now. Hope I can keep the 48" vertical at a steady 225 Deg. I will post some Q-View later tonight. Going to try the 2-2-1 method. I will let you know how they turn out.
