these i learned from a friend camping a few weeks back. i had to make some when i got home. actually twice in 3 weeks. take 30 jalapenos. slice in 1/2's. clean out seeds and if you want them very mild with lil to no heat cut out all the white rib that seeds cling to. leave in for more heat from peppers. crumble and fry 1 lb of breakfast sausage. i used a store bought this time. i plan on my homeade venison breakfast next. drain well. while still warm stirr in 1 1/2 packs of cream cheese or queso cheese. mix well. fill peppers and top with a chunk of bacon. these are done in about 2 1/2 hrs at around 250 degrees.
