I'm lucky to have a gf that LOVES to bake!!!

As wonderful as that sounds;  I think that I'm lucky not to have a baking gf.  I'd be as big as a house.

I've got to admit.  "Some risks are worth taking".  After some soul searching I have to admit that I am jealous of you.

My GF doesn't cook but she does appreciate my smoking hobby.  That's close enough for a win in my book.
