Sausage with some filling

Not quite a fatty , I had 4 links of Italian sweet sausage ( about a pound ) and skinned them , flattened it out and tossed in a little of what was handy.
Some monterey jack cheese , minced garlic , pasta sauce , and a slice of ham for good measure. A couple strips of bacon laid across the top.

nice phil...........good job.........next time, after smoking that bad boy, wrap it in some pastry dough, and make a fatty wellington...........YUM.........loved mine that i did
