Rosemary chicken legs Q view

    Chicken legs
    Olive Oil
    Rub
    Dried rosemary needles
    Rosemary powder
    Branch fresh rosemary

    Rub the legs with olive oil, and then sprinkle with a little rub
    What crushed rosemary needles and rosemary powder



    Preheat the smoker for up to 105 C/220 F.



    Place the legs on the grid and put under some fresh rosemary sprigs.



    Smoke white oak and cherry
    Smoke to an internal Temperature of 180F

    they are ready





    The rosemary flavor was good to taste the chicken



    They were soft and tender, and a natural rosemary flavor

    I think all chickens should have some Rosemary grown into them - their combo is incredible
