I had to have one. 10" 4 quart Lodge Dutch Oven.

Pork Chops n' Potato Sauce

2 pork chops
1 potato in 1/4" slices
1 medium yellow onion sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Add 1/8" EVOO to empty Dutch Oven.
Brown pork chops both sides.
Move pork chops to one side. Add onions and saute.
Put back pork chops, onions on top.
Potato slices over onions.
Add water and soup mix over all.
Simmer untill chops and potatoes are fork tender.

Very good. Tasty. LARGE THICK pork chops were VERY tender and very moist. Will do again.

Man that sure sound and look wonderfull there Bud. I don't have any dutch ovens but I have been interged by them for years. One day I will have to play with one.
