Pork Butt...sorta

  1. Smoked pre-sliced pork butts today. Average temp. 250, removed at 190 ... about fours hours. Rested for 30 min. Took below pic at 160 degrees.

    Steve, Were these already cut or did you slice the butt? They look like CSR's to me. If you sliced them, it really looks like a good job. I've never thought of slicing a butt, but why not? After all, they were done in 4 hours. Good job, Joe.
