I had a handful of smokies left in the fridge and didn't know what to do with them.
I mixed up a 1/2 cup of brown sugar with a 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
Then cut some thick sliced bacon in half, coated both sides of the bacon with the brown sugar mixture.
Then I wrapped the bacon around the smokies and held them in place with toothpicks.
Put them in pre heated oven set at 300 degrees for 20 Min's.
Then pulled them out and put the rest of the mixture on them and cooked them another 10 Min's. until they got done to the way I wanted them.
Next time I'll be having alot more smokies on hand, good thing it was only me at home.
