Fudley - Sorry I missed the psot eariler - I was out of town. Looks awsome! What are the long things wrapped in bacons? There making my mouth water!

looks like hotdogs or sausage.

Those are breakfast link sausage wrapped in bacon and rolled in brown sugar. Put em on the smok'r about 3-4 hrs and you have pig candy. Also known as Pig Skinnies

Actually I do have leftovers but I also smoked some Prime Rib today.
