Howdy all. Hilman here. I finally decide to take the plunge and sign up and stop lurking. My wife and I have been married for 32 years and we have a beautiful adult daughter. We just replaced our 20 year old grill/smoker with a shiny new Copper Weber Original Performance Kettle, that you can see in my Avatar. I'm looking forward to contributing some of my favorite recipes. My wife will tell you my ribs are her favorite thing about me. Cheers!
