    LOL  That is probably true John .  

    That hen is wrapped and on the counter. Gonna wait a bit and get those juices distributed. The mini took 2 hours 15 minutes @225 for the breast to hit an IT of 165 degrees.

    Thanks for the point Bear.  I used apple smoke on the bird and I like the color too. 

    The side that you are looking at is low carb mac and cheese.  AKA cauliflower au gratin   LOL

    Well done, well not the chicken.. well the chicken but its cooked right and still juicy.
