Newby to forum announcement!

My name is Jason, I live in central Iowa.  I have a Brinkman Charcoal, Brinkman Electric, A Texas smoker(side firebox), and am currently working on a large french door industrial freezer conversion.  I have been smoking meat for about 9 years, and enjoy it! 

Nearly every weekend year round I will have something on a smoker outside of my garage.  Looks like a nice site, where I hope to contribute and learn. Thanks!
