Hello guys and girls I am from Windsor Ontario and just purchased my first smoker. It's a masterbuilt cook master analog electric smoker. So far I've made baby back ribs which were fantastic some smoked salmon and recently did a large batch of kielbasa and pepperettes which were from pork and moose. I am excited for many more smokes ahead and anxious to learn the ropes from all of you
