  1. My name is Cory aka GoBigRedSmoker I am from Sanford,Fl. I enjoy grilling and smoking meats. I recently purchased a Char-broil 30in charcoal/water smoker. I have smoked more in the past year than I have ever done before. I have never smoked a beef brisket so I am really looking forward to my brisket date here in a couple of weeks due to my:sausage: work schedule. Countryboy73 told me about this forum. I am truly looking forward to the building some grilling experiences with all of you. :grilling_smilie::yahoo::sausage:

    When I smoke Brisket I always use the corned beef. I think it just taste so must better. Give it a try some time.
