Hey all. Great website. Lots of helpful info. Thanks toall who keep it running. I Just built my new smoker. I bought the brinkmann 2 door charcoal and turnedit into an electric. Just cheaper that way. I Like the set it and forget style. I'm still doing mods to get it perfect. I have done three cooks on it. 1 pork butt.and twice pork ribs. I have the butt cook perfected and its great every time. I been doing butts for a year now. This was my first attempt on pork ribs. 1 st had to much rub and too much smoke. 2 nd time a week later the ribs came out good. I will try the 321 method next. I will take pics of smoker and my next cook to post online. Thank you for this great site.
