My name is Jason I live in murfreesboro tn. I have been reading and watching YouTube trying to figure out what smoker to buy for the money what wood and how to us it. I bought a old country off set smoker Hester day and got it seasoned ready to start in the morning. I am going to smoke my first brisket tomorrow so wish me luck. Any tips would be appreciated.
