Newbie from New Mexico

Been hanging around for a couple of months. A friend told me about this site and I read it everyday.Took Jeff's 5 day e class it was the best. I bought a electric Smoke Hollow from Gander Mountain thought this would be a good starter smoker. Been grilling more years than I can remember some of them came out very smokey (not by choise). Thanks for all the great information I've already got from you folks. Seams to be a good group of helpful smokers,
