To All: This forum is great and taught me how to cook some great food with my MES. I have had so much fun smoking meats and cooking over the past few months. I have produced some great butts, ribs and even a brisket said my wife and neighbors. Most of my recipes have come from you guys and one of my favorites is the Abts. Lets keep it up and I hope to make a few contributions myself.
