Hey guys, Just got my first smoker today from Bass Pro. It's a Landmann Smokey Mountain Series (propane - 6 racks). I've done a lot of grilling and deep frying, but have never smoked anything before. Planning on doing a Turkey and Ham for X-mas. Gonna need some help. I've been snooping around this site for a couple weeks and have found tons of great info. Can't wait to get started. Roll Tide!
