Hello all, I'm new to this site and this computer chatting stuff. I got my smoker a year ago for Christmas and have been tinkering around

with some deer jerky and snack sticks, Tried some country style ribs and even some pulled pork a few times. This Christmas Santa brought me a new grinder , a new slicer and my first meat mixer and 11 lb. sausage stuffer,( I must have been extra good this year )

I can't wait to try my hand at the ring bologna and sausage kits I also received . I am a 45 y/o. self employed carpenter so I don't get to

use my smoker ( Masterbuilt Sportsman elite 40 propane ) as much as I would like to so any and all info will be greatly appreciated.
