My name is Will full time cook, part time BBQ and Smoker.  Just started smoking about three years ago and happened to stumble onto this site and picked up some really great tips and recipes early on that helped me.  It took me long enough but I finally signed up for the site since I frequent it so much anyway.  I have a Webber 22.5 Smoker and a Webber 22.5 charcoal grill (which I use to smoke smaller meats).
