Hello:

My name is Tom and I'm from Reedsport, Oregon. I have been grilling for a long time but I'm new to smoking. I did some research on smokers through your site and decided on a smoke hollow gas smoker.  I seasoned it and now I'm deciding what to cook up first.  Looking forward to gaining as much knowledge from this site as possible.  Thanks for the great site.
