New member intro

Hello everybody. My name is Mauricio and I'm from Newman, CA. I've been smoking meat for about 3 years now. Ive been doing so on an offset brinkman smoker I acquired years back. Im currently in the process of upgrading to a 22.5" webber smokey mountain. I also have s 500 gallon propane tank that I wish to make a reverse flow smoker but that project will not be complete for a while. Iam really excited to learn from all you guys. I signed up for my first BBQ smoking competition which is in April. Can't wait to get my feet wet. Anyways that's s little about me.
