Hello to all,

My name is Tony. I'm from upstate New York ( I now another Yankee trying to BBQ) I'm new at the smoking thing.  My family and  I love smoked meat and fish so we deceided to try to make a smoker.  Beilieve me when I say I have many  questions and hope there are some vets out there that will asist in my venture.
