Hey there everyone. Lucas here checking in from the Chicagoland area I'm new to the smoking meat world, how new? New enough to not even have a smoker yet (leaning towards the Masterbuilt 30-inch electric). I love grilling (primarily charcoal but do have propane for quickies), making my own rubs, sauces and marinades and ready to step it up a notch and get into the world of smoking meats. I've been doing research for a while and decided to officially sign up. Can't wait to get my feet wet and and soon become active in this community.
