Hi all. I am a 70 year old retired guy just starting to get serious about smoking meats. I live on Long Island, New York. I currently am using an electric smoker, but I am almost finished with my winter project, a smoker I am building from a 60 gal compressor tank. I will post picks when it is complete.

Looking forward to learning a great deal here. Seems like there are many friendly knowledgeable people here.
