My name is Doug and I'm addicted to smoking. I've been grilling meat on gas and charcoal grills for as long as I can remember but never had a smoker until recently (not sure why I waited so long ). I've started out my smoking adventure with an ECB electric and have had pretty good results so far thanks to the great information available here on this site. My latest effort was tonight (sorry for the poor image quality ..... took the pic with my phone): It was smoked with mesquite and wasn't quite done when I took this shot (it finished a little bit darker). mighty fine eating it was.
