New from SW Fl

Just want to introduce myself. I'm from NY, living in SW Fl. I have been smoking foods for about 3 yrs. Mostly wings, chicken, ribs and pulled pork. Have done an occasional fish. Wings come out great and a big hit. Playing around with different rib recipes. Will be doing Myron's baby back recipe tomorrow.

Nice. I'm in the same boat. Good luck, my ribs always come out damn good in my MES if I do say so myself.

Welcome to the group. Sounds like some good Q your turning out. I've always been a charcoal or stick burner myself, but I like the long cook times and having to check the fire I guess. Does get me outside thou. Guess big reason is I had smoker/grill combos. good luck and keep smoking.
