Just found this forum - looking forward to some great discussions. I live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho (USA) and originally hail from the Black Hills of South Dakota. I currently smoke/grill with a Traeger after many years using a Holland Grill supplemented by a Weber kettle. I have a few rubs in the recipe box along with a couple of sauces but smoking meat is just fun and exciting (along with a glass of wine, of course).
