Hi everybody, my name is Max, my wife just gave a new BTMLE for fathers day.

I live in Florida in Broward County. Weather has been bit busy with thunderstorms every single afternoon and finally we had a break on Friday enough to put the unit together. yesterday I had time to cure for a few hours and learning to play with unit and temperatures. we'll try to do some smoking this weekend starting with a few slabs of the famous bb ribs using the 3-2-1 or 2-2-1 method, you guys have great input as I have been reading thru some of them.

Now I know where to go for those needed inputs.
