Its been awhile since i've been here and i'm hoping someone can help me, i've been diagnosed with colitis and possibly intestinal cancer so i'm really restricted to what kind of foods I can eat, i've been told that I can eat lean meats such as pork tenderloin, beef tenderloin and low fat fish. Can anyone please help me as to smoking any of the above meats, including fish?

I would really appreciate any help or feedback on what to do.

Again thank you, Shlaba

I would first consult your Dr. on the advisability of consuming smoked meats at all, Shlaba. Many feel the smoking process increases carcinogens in the food.

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles, and wish I had a better answer.
