My first Brisket Point With Brussels Sprouts

    Picked up 2 Briskets on Sunday,cut the smaller one down for some Pastrami( brining now) made the small point for dinner yesterday 

    Started at 8:30 AM mini was holding at 200* had a pan with some veggies and 1 can beer 2 cans water.By 11:30 it was up to 225* steady till I pulled the meat out at 3:30. IT was 205* 

    Not many pics still have the bigger piece to eat tomorrow.


    Meat is moist and delicious

    I know this is late to add on, picked some sprouts from the bottom of the plants. I had the other part of the point so pics

    Nice plate!  Did you reheat that part of the brisket, or was that another smoke?
