Hey all, as stated this is my first attempt at BBB.... It will not be the last.... This stuff is awesome ! Before I start, I'd like to thank c farmer & Bear ! Bear for the step by step on BBB & the help with my questions on curing & Adam for the dust for the AMNPS & also for answering questions on curing ! Thanks ! So here we go ! Getting started ! Into cure & brown sugar for 12 days ! 12 days & pulled from fridge, rinsed & soaked for bout 30 minutes ! Seasoned with SPOG & a few mustard seeds ! Also done a fry test, it was just right ! Then butts went back in the fridge for a couple days ! Pulled out of fridge yesterday morning & into pre heated MES at 125* & AMNPS filled with Pitmaster's Blend Dust ! Just about ready to pull... I really like this dust ! Put in fridge late Sat nite... I had to try some this afternoon... So fried some up for some BLT's ! Fried a few slices up.... BLT time ! :yahoo: This stuff is soooo good, I'd recommend it ! Thanks for lookin all !
